Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • •Support core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, Remote Desktop Services, and Certificate Services.
  • •Monitor and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • •Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh activities.
  • •Troubleshoot infrastructure issues under senior engineers, participate in incident resolution, and follow ITIL service management processes.
