Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in running store operations and representing the Levi Strauss brand values. Help deliver KPIs and sales targets, monitor performance through reports, and implement action plans. Manage day-to-day store cost controls including stock, payroll, admin, and rota’s, while inspiring, coaching, and developing the team. Step up as store lead when the Store Manager is absent and maintain strong visual standards.
