Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as key project owner for Micron NAND Flash memory test programs, ensuring project readiness and assessing program quality through stringent release processes.
  • •Develop and maintain wafer and package functional test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products.
  • •Collaborate with test solutions engineering and production engineering teams to ensure test program, infrastructure, and system readiness for new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Improve device yield, reliability, and quality through test condition optimization, redundancy analysis schemes, and data analysis/test equipment hardware optimization.
  • •Provide cost-effective, innovative solutions for production test flow optimization and introduce test time reduction solutions released to production in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •Strong programming skills, including C/C++/Python knowledge.
  • •Good understanding of semiconductor device physics (added advantage).
  • •Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment (added advantage).
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with effective cross-level communication (leadership and semiconductor industry experience preferred).
