Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead SoFi’s enterprise L&D capability, including defining strategy and creating a lean, agile team.

  • •Lead learning strategy and experience design for enterprise, business-critical initiatives with subject-matter experts.
  • •Set strategy for Workday Learning and SoFi’s learning ecosystem; establish standards, tools, and best practices and improve learning using data and learner insights over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,800 - 214,500 annually
