Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and oversight across general accounting, accounting operations, and product-related accounting to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy.
•Enhance month-end and quarter-end close, strengthen reporting/analysis, and govern policies and procedures for owned processes.
•Maintain internal controls in partnership with the SOX department and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
•Manage internal, external, and regulatory audit engagements by delivering accurate information on time.
•Identify and implement process improvements using redesign, automation, AI, and data analytics while supervising and developing the accounting team.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 years in a manager or supervisor role in banking or financial services.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of driving process and technology improvements.
