Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and oversight across general accounting, accounting operations, and product-related accounting to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy.
  • •Enhance month-end and quarter-end close, strengthen reporting/analysis, and govern policies and procedures for owned processes.
  • •Maintain internal controls in partnership with the SOX department and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage internal, external, and regulatory audit engagements by delivering accurate information on time.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements using redesign, automation, AI, and data analytics while supervising and developing the accounting team.

Key Requirements
