Key Responsibilities

  • •Support two or more business verticals through strategic planning and execution, partnering with TVO vertical leaders to drive alignment and performance visibility.
  • •Lead discussions with key stakeholders to communicate insights from analyses and influence line of business strategy development.
  • •Oversee identification and refinement of business assumptions and hypotheses, including defining business questions to explore further.
  • •Develop analytical frameworks and blueprints to answer business questions across the business portfolio, product, or member experience and support lower levels.
  • •Lead team efforts by providing guidance and on-the-job training; influence strategic agreement using subject matter expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics, or related field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience (or equivalent combination with advanced degree).
  • •Experience identifying business needs and developing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
  • •Experience working with leadership teams to develop and enhance business strategy using quantitative and qualitative analytics.
  • •Extensive complex data analysis experience using tools including Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, and Adobe Analytics.
