Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily outbound operations to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment, packing, and shipping aligned with quality and service standards.
  • •Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize outbound flow, reduce order cycle times, minimize shipping errors, and improve on-time delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Transportation teams to coordinate outbound shipments and resolve exceptions.
  • •Track real-time outbound KPIs (pick accuracy, order fill rate, on-time ship, trailer utilization, dock-to-door cycle time) and initiate countermeasures when performance drifts.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, perform outbound quality audits (scan accuracy, weight checks, load inspections), and train/coaching warehouse staff on best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in outbound or shipping operations within a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with transportation processes managed through a 4PL model.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • •Understanding of domestic parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping requirements and basic export documentation.
