Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the PMO, Data Analytics, and Ops Product teams, including performance reviews and development strategy.
  • •Establish PMO policy and coordinate execution of approved joint projects; lead high-value operational projects across airlines and the central organization.
  • •Present project results and initiatives at periodic Project Committee meetings and educate key personnel on joint project implementation processes.
  • •Standardize operational KPI management across airlines and oversee Data Analytics and Reporting teams; deliver dashboards, reports, and BI models.
  • •Manage ops product services (crew logistics, uniform provision, immigration, operations stationary), support central financial planning, and control KPIs/SLAs and provider tendering processes.
