Job Summary

Senior Engineer Water in the Treatment team provides expert advice across water and/or wastewater treatment projects, leading complex investigations and designs from concept through to construction. You will mentor others, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, and promote technical excellence while maintaining a strong client-focused mindset and leadership within a national Water and Wastewater Treatment group.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex investigations and designs for water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through to construction.
•Provide expert advice across water and/or wastewater treatment projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
•Mentor others and promote technical excellence across the business.
•Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes in a timely manner.
•Foster a collaborative approach and uphold professional standards within the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: NZD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering (Water, Civil or Environmental)
•Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in Water and Water Process Engineering projects
•Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent (or working towards)
•Extensive experience in water and/or wastewater treatment engineering
•Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
