Plan and run morning and afternoon activity and wellness sessions for residents, tailoring experiences such as outings, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and community performers. Maintain an activity planner within a set budget, support residents to join in, organise one-to-ones and birthday surprises, and coordinate events and days out. Update paperwork, care plans, activity notes, manage emails, and help support the home’s social media as required.
