Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process, providing visibility into material readiness, projected coverage, and constraints impacting build plans and customer commitments.
  • •Partner with contract manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, the Global Commodity team (GCM), and engineering to manage material risk, resolve shortages, and prevent turnkey materials from reaching the critical path.
  • •Serve as a senior escalation point for material issues from CMs, driving timely actions on expedites, recovery plans, and alternate supply or engineering solutions through closure.
  • •Review and strengthen CM materials management processes, including supply-demand alignment, site balance, safety stock, and excess and obsolete (E&O) mitigation.
  • •Build data intelligence capabilities and deliver executive-ready updates on material availability, supply risk, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI and AI/low-code platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of recent experience in materials planning, materials management, or supply chain operations, including PCBA board/system products or optics module/systems with in-depth EE/mechanical/interconnector supply knowledge.
  • •Strong experience with EMS industry supply chain processes and Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
  • •Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and influence stakeholders using data, structured analysis, and clear communication.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel, data modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and predictive or statistical analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience with BI, automation, or AI-enabled tools (low-code/no-code platforms and productivity AI tools are a plus).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for executive-level presentations.
