Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise clients, acting as the initial technical point of contact.
•Analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal solutions, and facilitate deployment while managing expectations within technical constraints.
•Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption by clarifying technical risks and required tradeoffs.
•Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs and internal tools.
•Drive user management and authentication discussions, including best practices for authentication and provisioning to enable adoption.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience, including 3+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
•Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (e.g., Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift).
•Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required (existing clearance is a strong advantage).
•Proven experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), with Helm or Kustomize experience strongly preferred.
•Experience establishing real-time integrations using APIs and working with authentication, user/group management, and provisioning best practices.
