Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives across enterprise customer engagements.
•Lead the most complex and high-impact transformation programs involving customer experience, personalization, AI-enabled operations, content supply chain transformation, and digital operating model modernization.
•Define long-term transformation strategies aligned to measurable business outcomes, organizational change, and customer value realization.
•Drive executive workshops, value realization discussions, digital maturity initiatives, and transformation governance.
•Influence enterprise investment priorities and strategic adoption roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, or enterprise technology strategy.
•Extensive expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise digital ecosystems.
•Strong executive presence with demonstrated experience influencing C-level stakeholders and driving strategic business outcomes.
•Proven track record in consulting growth, innovation leadership, mentoring, and organizational impact.
