Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Salesforce CPQ domain end to end, including product setup, bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, quote templates, approval workflows, renewals, amendments, and quote-to-cash issue resolution.
  • •Serve as the primary subject matter expert and decision-maker for CPQ process design, platform standards, and future-state roadmap.
  • •Apply strong technical judgment across Salesforce and connected GTM systems to determine when to use Apex, Flow, managed package capabilities, APIs, middleware, or custom development to solve business problems.
  • •Identify process friction, technical debt, and operational risk across the revenue lifecycle and drive improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • •Lead system-related initiatives from intake through discovery, design, build, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-launch support.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems, revenue operations, or Salesforce solution delivery roles.
  • •3+ years of direct experience owning or administering revenue systems, including Salesforce CPQ, in a complex B2B SaaS or similarly complex commercial environment.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product and pricing logic, pricing workflows, approval structures, and renewals/amendments operations.
