Key Responsibilities

•Own the Salesforce CPQ domain end to end, including product setup, bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, quote templates, approval workflows, renewals, amendments, and quote-to-cash issue resolution.
•Serve as the primary subject matter expert and decision-maker for CPQ process design, platform standards, and future-state roadmap.
•Apply strong technical judgment across Salesforce and connected GTM systems to determine when to use Apex, Flow, managed package capabilities, APIs, middleware, or custom development to solve business problems.
•Identify process friction, technical debt, and operational risk across the revenue lifecycle and drive improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
•Lead system-related initiatives from intake through discovery, design, build, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-launch support.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems, revenue operations, or Salesforce solution delivery roles.
•3+ years of direct experience owning or administering revenue systems, including Salesforce CPQ, in a complex B2B SaaS or similarly complex commercial environment.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product and pricing logic, pricing workflows, approval structures, and renewals/amendments operations.
•Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across technical and business teams.
•Proven ability to independently assess ambiguous business or system problems, recommend practical solutions, and execute with limited oversight.
