Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and document integration blueprints for core business systems (CRM, ERP, Ops, Analytics).
  • •Define API standards, data models, and governance for system interoperability, including architecture diagrams and reusable templates.
  • •Develop and deploy integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and custom Python/Node scripts.
  • •Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL jobs to ensure data synchronization and accuracy.
  • •Implement automation, monitoring, logging, alerting, and resilience mechanisms for critical interfaces, while aligning integration roadmaps with business and digital strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in technology architecture or integration engineering roles with hands-on system integration and automation.
  • •Proficient in Python/Node.js, SQL, and integration/automation tools such as Make, Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
  • •Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to balance strategic design with practical execution, including debugging and performance optimization across complex systems.
