Senior Director, Strategic & Customer Roadmap Programs

Lead enterprise-scale prioritization and executive communications that focus the customer-facing field organization on the highest-value, device-critical applications. Partner with account and business unit leaders to consolidate customer roadmap insights, identify industry trends, and align technical priorities to business outcomes. Drive end-to-end governance across stakeholders, translate technical inputs into executive-ready narratives and presentations, and help standardize processes, templates, and data quality for repeatable value tracking.
