Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (infant, toddler, and children’s house ages 3–6) by helping prepare an orderly learning environment and facilitating individualized and small-group activities. You’ll observe children to meet their individual needs, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to strengthen classroom community—helping children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
