Key Responsibilities

  • •Build internal tools and AI-powered applications using frontier models to automate workflows and reduce manual toil.
  • •Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure (including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md) and build shared skills for the organization.
  • •Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and internal tools where augmentation delivers measurable impact.
  • •Create custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, Salesforce, and internal APIs).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript (with ability to work in an arbitrary language using AI coding tools).
  • •Strong full-stack development experience building web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
  • •Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), including MCP servers and agentic frameworks.
  • •Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity) and agent frameworks.
  • •Proven ability to work autonomously to identify problems, design solutions, and ship high-impact results with minimal direction.
