Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with shift operations to address preventative maintenance needs and proactively identify and resolve safety concerns.
  • •Identify performance gaps, implement equipment/process improvements, and document hardware and process deviations to prevent recurring issues.
  • •Maintain cleanroom cleanliness and order by following housekeeping protocols and ensuring proper storage and organization of items.
  • •Participate in teams focused on improving equipment availability and implementing equipment maintenance improvement initiatives.
  • •Support manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement projects, attending Micron and/or vendor training as needed and meeting scope, schedule, and budget expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics) and/or 2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
  • •2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery with minimal downtime.
  • •2 years of experience using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night schedules and adapt to overtime as needed.
  • •2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
