Job Summary

Analyze complex datasets using statistical and AI techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that improve business performance. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
•Lead data mining using modern tools and programming languages, and develop monitoring metrics to reflect real-world model performance.
•Deliver predictive and prescriptive models of high complexity, drive actions, define success measures, and track model performance.
•Develop and strategize models to uncover patterns and predictions that create business value and innovation.
•Partner with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure models are scalable, implementable, and compliant; provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff.

Key Requirements

•Hold a four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, or have equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
•Typically 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or a related field.
•Proficiency with data analysis and data mining, including data exploration, preparation, cleansing, manipulation, modeling, and validation.
•Ability to develop predictive and prescriptive models of high complexity and define success measures while tracking model performance.
•Experience with cross-organization projects, communicating insights effectively and guiding/training less experienced staff.
