Key Responsibilities

  • •Support EPCM site administrative, document control, and coordination functions including onboarding, travel planning, tracking equipment and training signoffs, updating the personnel rotation schedule, and preparing expense reports.
  • •Manage WSP fleet vehicles, including coordination with fleet management, maintenance, and truck upkeep.
  • •Contribute to document control systems and help implement controls across all site personnel.
  • •Track daily field reports, time, and project-related equipment, supplies, and materials.
  • •Coordinate temporary facility provisions (e.g., ordering office supplies and water) and support safety, health, and environmental compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant onsite experience as an administrative assistant or in other support roles on large-scale construction projects.
  • •Hands-on experience in active mining settings (preferred).
  • •Safety commitment with MSHA 48B Surface required.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, with good computer skills in MS Office.
  • •Must pass drug test and background check; must have a satisfactory driving record per the company’s MVR policy.
