Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 support for wired and wireless network environments and troubleshoot incidents related to routing, switching, and WLAN.
•Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes.
•Configure and maintain Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and wireless systems, including VLANs, trunking, routing protocols, redundancy, and QoS.
•Manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and wireless performance tuning/coverage optimization.
•Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration documentation and support security/compliance standards and audits.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on networking skills with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper JunOS, including Cisco Catalyst/Nexus and Juniper EX/QFX switches.
•Strong core networking knowledge: TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, STP, DHCP, and DNS.
•Experience configuring and supporting wired/wireless infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and wireless security (802.1X, WPA2/WPA3).
•Ability to troubleshoot routing, switching, and WLAN incidents and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) with permanent fixes.
•3–8 years of enterprise or service-provider networking experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science (or equivalent).
