Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L2/L3 support for wired and wireless network environments and troubleshoot incidents related to routing, switching, and WLAN.
  • •Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes.
  • •Configure and maintain Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and wireless systems, including VLANs, trunking, routing protocols, redundancy, and QoS.
  • •Manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and wireless performance tuning/coverage optimization.
  • •Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration documentation and support security/compliance standards and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on networking skills with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper JunOS, including Cisco Catalyst/Nexus and Juniper EX/QFX switches.
  • •Strong core networking knowledge: TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, STP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • •Experience configuring and supporting wired/wireless infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and wireless security (802.1X, WPA2/WPA3).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot routing, switching, and WLAN incidents and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) with permanent fixes.
  • •3–8 years of enterprise or service-provider networking experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science (or equivalent).
