Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify new opportunities with large banks, financial institutions, merchants, and other ecosystem players.
  • •Develop solutions and actionable insights to support client portfolio growth.
  • •Lead strategically important consulting engagements for key clients, delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to deliver comprehensive solutions using Visa capabilities.
  • •Engage with VCA leadership in strategic planning and deliver insights, analyses, and recommendations to enhance client performance and provide clear strategic direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in management consulting or a similar role within banks or financial institutions.
  • •Strong problem-solving with strategic focus on influencing ROI, including understanding of card issuers' P&L and profitability factors.
  • •Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills, including designing, building, and showcasing project results packages and delivery materials.
  • •Ability to draw meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • •Competence in using financial indicators to assess business performance, focusing heavily on return on investment.
