Key Responsibilities

•Lead full lifecycle customer engagements across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes end to end.
•Define customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting as the operational backbone of the team.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and develop customer solutions using AI tools (including Cursor, Claude, and Vibes).

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
