Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with bid, project, sales, consultants, and end users to understand customer requirements for major projects.
  • •Prepare AutoCAD drawing submissions, engineering calculations, and resolve technical issues.
  • •Create BOM and items for local ETO manufacture and provide engineering interface with overseas Eaton factories for ETO systems.
  • •Prepare or modify technical documentation and drawings for customer sign-off and manufacture.
  • •Coordinate, supervise, and conduct factory acceptance tests, and provide technical support for manufacturing and project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in critical power products and systems such as AC/DC UPS or power systems engineering.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering are mandatory.
  • •Preferably a registered engineer in Queensland.
  • •Skilful in AutoCAD drawing.
  • •Good understanding of ModBus and CAN Bus is preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders.
