Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Prestige Private Relationship Managers and manage the centre to achieve assigned KPIs by formulating and implementing localized sales and marketing strategies.
  • •Organize promotional activities to acquire new business.
  • •Monitor and review the sales process to improve sales efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • •Organize product briefings, experience sharing, and role play sessions to strengthen team members’ product/investment knowledge and selling skills.
  • •Support Prestige Private Relationship Managers with investment consultancy for high-net-worth, mainlander and offshore customers, including mechanisms to monitor sales quality and manage operational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP.
  • •Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations.
  • •Proven sales experience managing high net worth, mainlander and offshore customers, with people management experience preferred.
  • •Customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service and manage complex customer interactions effectively.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English, with high proficiency in Mandarin as a MUST.
