Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary customer interface in Qatar, developing new and existing business relationships across the UOP portfolio.
  • •Deliver agreed annual sales revenue, direct margins, volumes, price, and product mix, including forecasting accuracy with account plans and pipeline growth.
  • •Lead negotiation, closing, and commercial proposal development, including agreement preparation and purchase order handling.
  • •Manage the 18-month forecast in SFDC and coordinate with Credit & Collections to maintain past dues aligned to working capital targets.
  • •Build strategic relationships and intelligence across stakeholders (regulators, upstream/midstream/downstream operators, EPCs, and local partners) and coordinate with internal technical counterparts to position Honeywell solutions.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5 years in sales/business development in the downstream industry.
  • •Established network of contacts within Refining and Petrochemical sites within the Egypt market.
  • •Excellent communication skills with Arabic and English fluency.
  • •Ability to influence across an organization and manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed environment.
