Agronomics Manager - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead agronomics operations in the branch as the department’s agronomics expert, partnering with customers and branch leadership to deliver excellence. Assist with sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management, while promoting daily safety and strong workplace organization. Train and develop agronomic staff, implement new technologies and ways of working, and support other departments to improve business performance and achieve departmental sales goals.
