Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with full life cycle Workday implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
  • •Document business requirements, system design, transformational goals, and future state processes based on business objectives.
  • •Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
  • •Create training materials and quick reference guides, and conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
  • •Provide post-production support and participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required; Master’s is a plus.
  • •Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
  • •Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Workday.
  • •Knowledge of Workday modules and applications; exposure/training on Workday Applications.
  • •Industry recognized professional certification required.
