Own independent internal audit delivery across EMEA business entities, providing assurance on the control environment and supporting audit opinions for regional and Group stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

•Prepare planning material to ensure key internal controls covering key risks are appropriately tested to provide assurance to stakeholders and regulators.
•Oversee audit assignment work performed by other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
•Direct audit testing to determine scope and focus in agreement with the Audit Partner, sharing expertise with the team.
•Prepare draft and final audit findings and internal audit reports, clearly communicating issues, recommendations, and positive assurance areas to senior stakeholders.
•Undertake follow-up and closure of audit recommendations by validating line management actions for high and moderate priority findings.
