•Identify market opportunities by using market intelligence and competitor analysis, and align pursuit with the company’s growth strategy.
•Build and manage a project pipeline in the company’s sales management system.
•Engage property owners, general contractors, and design institutes to assess needs and develop tailored HVAC technical solutions (including cost estimates and specifications) with technical support.
•Present proposals to customers and collaborate with technical support to create competitive technical solutions while building strong customer relationships.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical understanding of the products/services, able to explain complex technical concepts and solutions.
•Proficiency in direct sales processes and aligning technical solutions to business needs; able to influence and persuade customers.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to build trust and act as a reliable technical advisor.
