Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly management reports, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • •Provide structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals) across countries and products.
  • •Support investor and leadership reporting packs and track key EOR metrics (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins).
  • •Assist with multi-entity consolidation across geographies, including FX revaluation and FCTR impact analysis, coordinating with local accounting teams.
  • •Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules, support audit and due diligence, and strengthen financial controls in a scaling environment.

Key Requirements
