Job Summary

Support financial reporting and MIS for a fast-growing global EOR SaaS platform. Own monthly reporting (consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and deliver variance analysis across countries and products, including investor/leadership packs. Assist with multi-entity consolidation, FX revaluation and FCTR analysis, and help maintain controls and balance sheet schedules. Work extensively in NetSuite and optimize processes using saved searches and structured reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly management reports, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
•Provide structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals) across countries and products.
•Support investor and leadership reporting packs and track key EOR metrics (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins).
•Assist with multi-entity consolidation across geographies, including FX revaluation and FCTR impact analysis, coordinating with local accounting teams.
•Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules, support audit and due diligence, and strengthen financial controls in a scaling environment.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant
•3–5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or consolidation
•Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles
•Hands-on NetSuite experience (preferred)
•Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis)
