Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and support engineering works for control equipment and systems on site under Facilities organization guidance.
  • •Follow environmental safety health policies, risk assessments, standard operating procedures, housekeeping standards, and quality policy during maintenance work.
  • •Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for controls equipment, gas detection, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
  • •Troubleshoot system abnormalities, assist or lead system recovery, and conduct root-cause analysis followed by corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Document and analyze maintenance work orders and equipment history, track spare parts and consumable inventory, and supervise installation/expansion milestones with contractors/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Instrumentation/Control engineering or equivalent, or related experience preferred.
  • •5-7 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, pharma, or similar manufacturing industries.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting facility instruments (PT, LT, FT, control valves).
  • •In-depth understanding of facility instruments/gas detectors/variable speed drives/fire alarm systems and their working principles.
  • •Basic PLC programming knowledge for modification and troubleshooting, including ability to interpret system schematics and wiring diagrams.
