Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain the baler while complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • •Process products through the baler to shape, form, and compress materials.
  • •Adjust machine components to regulate operational parameters (speeds, pressures, temperatures, dimensions, and flow).
  • •Perform pre- and post-processing inspections and complete documentation to verify material conformance.
  • •Inspect equipment, report deficiencies or malfunctions, and support yard operations or backup assistance as assigned.
