Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, run, and alter CNC mills and lathes to perform machining operations across a range of surfaces, diameters, and depths.
  • •Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts while checking product specifications.
  • •Handle nonconforming products and complete production documentation.
  • •Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 management systems, 5S+1, and participate in continuous improvement/LEAN activities.
  • •Perform secondary operations and deliver completed parts while conducting light maintenance and following safety/PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate with trade school experience (a plus).
  • •Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operating experience; CNC programming experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of hand tools and shop math (compound angles, trigonometry).
  • •Ability to understand and follow machining procedures and read blueprints and setup sheets.
  • •Familiarity with Fanuc controls, including feeds, speeds, G-codes, and M-codes; ability to make tool wear/work offsets and use measuring instruments.
