Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary interface with EASA to negotiate complex regulatory topics and defend business interests while ensuring safety compliance.
  • •Ensure continuous Part-21G compliance and maintain key POA elements including the Production Organisation Exposure manual (POM A30).
  • •Manage POA nominees rules and drive scope of work granularity improvements in collaboration with authorities.
  • •Define business requirements and test scenarios for the digitalization of POA activities (“My POA” tool).
  • •Provide expert support on EASA findings, scope changes, transformation projects, and deliver POA training across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Quality, Programme, or Operations.
  • •Strong technical expertise in POA regulations / EASA Part-21G framework (or demonstrated willingness to learn).
  • •Proven skills in problem-solving methodology and technical writing (procedures, formal reports).
  • •Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication capabilities in multicultural environments.
  • •Fluent level in English (written and spoken) to interface with internal teams and external aviation authorities.
