Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify business challenges and opportunities and make strategic or tactical recommendations using analysis.
  • •Perform modeling and analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
  • •Support direct-to-consumer and retail-channel marketing with targeted insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Improve credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses with monitoring and analysis.
  • •Lead execution by framing problems, developing hypotheses, assessing operational feasibility, driving implementation, and building monitoring plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or being in process) or a Master’s in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration (degree obtained by the scheduled start date).
  • •1+ years of experience in statistical model building.
  • •1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
  • •2+ years of experience in business analysis.
