Emirati Talent - Legal Counsel

Provide end-to-end legal support across business functions, including reviewing and negotiating franchise and commercial contracts, drafting and managing key agreements, and advising on commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property issues. Manage disputes and litigation with external counsel, monitor legal and regulatory changes, and strengthen governance frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally and deliver training to improve compliance awareness across franchisees and internal stakeholders.
