Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure special education and related services are delivered as determined by the IEP team.
  • •Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other required special education documentation.
  • •Collect and analyze student data and work samples to monitor progress and drive remediation/enrichment.
  • •Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, including accommodations and modifications aligned to the IEP.
  • •Communicate with families and learning coaches/parents, document contact/interventions, and facilitate annual IEP meetings (including virtual troubleshooting as needed).

Salary: USD 48,000 - 52,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree AND an active state Special Education teaching license.
  • •Six (6) months of student teaching experience.
  • •Ability to clear required background check(s).
  • •If the current teaching certification is from another state, obtain Indiana reciprocity within 60 days of employment.
  • •Strongly prefer residents of Indiana (may consider residents of surrounding states: MI, OH, KY, or IL).
