•Provide operational oversight of global professional coding team performance.
•Act as point of contact for professional coding for multiple clients and manage relationships with global coding leadership.
•Maintain EPIC coding edit work queues and support analytics/reporting for coding teams.
•Conduct coding audits for ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and CMS/OIG compliance; address denials with billing and A/R teams.
•Provide coder education on updates and mentor senior coders to support succession planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 130,000

Key Requirements

•Current permanent US work authorization is required.
•Associate or bachelor’s degree in health information management or healthcare administration.
•5+ years of experience in professional medical coding with an additional 2+ years in a coding leadership role.
•AAPC Certification CPC required.
•Epic experience and proficiency; experience with 3M/Solventum Encoder; proven ability to manage remote coding teams.
