Job Summary

Build and own the growth data layer and outbound engine that power AgentMail’s go-to-market. You’ll instrument the funnel, enrich signups, and create the dashboards used as the company’s source of truth. Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation across PostHog, CRM, enrichment, and outbound tooling—then ship experiments that double down on what drives signups. You’ll also build AI-powered internal tools and take prototypes to rollout.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the growth data layer end to end by instrumenting the funnel, enriching signups, and building source-of-truth dashboards.
•Scale growth by turning top customers into more through lookalike modeling, automated outbound, and LinkedIn plays.
•Run experiments across the PLG engine (content, integrations, backlinks, paid) and focus on what drives signups.
•Connect the stack using APIs, webhooks, and automation so data flows cleanly across PostHog, the CRM, enrichment providers, and outbound tooling.
•Decide and own the GTM stack tools, build AI-powered internal tools, and ship systems from prototype through adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have a technical foundation (CS, data science, or equivalent) and write real scripts in Python/TypeScript/SQL.
•Wire APIs together and connect systems; be comfortable using Claude Code or Codex.
•Have experience with growth motions (e.g., PLG) or strong curiosity about how top PLG companies grow.
•Operate with high agency in ambiguity: identify what’s broken, propose an opinion, and fix issues without being asked.
•Build reliable, maintainable systems and treat clean data as a discipline.
