Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the full range of commercial activities from preparation and negotiation of commercial pricing models through pre- and post-award contract reviews.
  • •Support tender governance and proposal commercial inputs, including reviewing tender documents and commercial proposals prior to internal approval.
  • •Administer risk management processes pre- and post-contract, and manage commercial instruments including bonds/LoCs, collateral warranties and PCGs.
  • •Manage main contract administration activities such as correspondence, management of change, commercial strategies, and profit improvement plans.
  • •Prepare project cashflow forecasts, expenditure and invoice preparation inputs, and support contract close-out requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •2-8 years experience in a similar commercial role.
  • •Good working knowledge and experience in commercial administration.
  • •A degree in Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Business Studies (and appropriate professional qualification preferred).
  • •Strong commercial judgment and integrity, with commitment to Wood commercial processes and procedures.
  • •Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation) and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
