Junior Captive Underwriter in Global Benefits supporting multinational clients from Amsterdam in a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities

•Provide underwriting advisory to EMEA-based multinationals under the guidance of the Captive EB Services Global Head of Underwriting
•Contribute to the implementation of the strategy for the Captive EB Services advisory business and support client renewal requests
•Generate policy underwriting proposals to be shared with Risk and Insurance Managers at the client
•Collaborate with Regional Employee Benefits Captive Underwriters and EB providers to discuss underwriting topics and share best practices
•Review reinsurance financial statements and validate them against captive underwriting reports to ensure accurate financial settlements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant professional experience in insurance underwriting or a related field
•Data analytics experience
•High proficiency in Excel
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Actuarial, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Mathematics or equivalent experience
•Proficiency in English, international experience is a plus
