Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse bedrijfsprocessen en informatie/data stromen en vertaal deze naar uitvoerbare plannen die bijdragen aan organisatiedoelstellingen.
  • •Adviseren over proces- en informatievraagstukken en begeleiden van implementaties.
  • •Ondersteunen van transformatie- en verandertrajecten, inclusief het acceptatieproces van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
  • •Uitwerken van requirements (Epics, Features) en afstemmen met ICT en gebruikersorganisaties.
  • •Stem producten af met diverse stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie en zorg voor een goede samenwerking met IT-vertegenwoordigers.

Key Requirements

  • •A completed Bachelor or Master degree in business informatics, IT Management, data analytics or a related field (HBO/WO).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst or information analyst in enterprise environments with IT change projects.
  • •Certified in requirements engineering, business analysis and business process modelling (e.g., BCS Practitioner).
  • •Certified Professional Scrum Master I or SAFe Agilist.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
