•Shape long-term commercial strategy by assessing market dynamics, competitive positioning, and partnership performance to prioritize high-impact growth opportunities
•Establish scalable partnership frameworks and operating models that streamline execution, enhance collaboration across teams, and ensure consistent delivery of partner value
•Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities

•5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience in tackling a sector, understanding it, networking through it and developing relationships, with a focus on trial and error and the ability to adapt until the right program is developed
•Entrepreneurial, who can iterate on multiple partnerships / experiments, and find the deal that’s possible. The candidate should be able to define, negotiate and close the partnerships based on what works for us & the partner, and what drives adoption of our consumer products – with a focus on offline.
•Biz dev and program management experience – can work from strategy through execution
•Fluent in German and English
