  • •Produce basic panelboards, switchboards, and control assemblies as required.
  • •Follow written or verbal instructions, drawings, system-generated picking documents, and established work routines.
  • •Complete assembly steps including labeling, basic testing, quality checks, and preparing items for shipping.
  • •Maintain Daily 5S responsibilities, dispose of scrap effectively, support other departments, and provide improvement input as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and completed six (6) months’ probation or equivalent experience.

  • •1 year’s experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement techniques.
  • •Basic to intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and database management.
  • •Good understanding of safety requirements and ability to multi-task with urgency.
