Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety rules and maintain a safe, clean environment per 6S standards.
  • •Execute NVH testing protocols and perform NVH investigation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and trial/testing for root-cause confirmation.
  • •Support manufacturing quality with NVH testing and issue resolution from pre-delivery inspection and customer product audit.
  • •Capture and record NVH data using vehicle instrumentation such as accelerometers and microphones, and support root-cause analysis for field issues.
  • •Document NVH testing procedures/results and maintain NVH equipment/tools; collaborate to improve NVH performance and support repair procedures and training for new hires.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or Industrial School Graduate (Electrical or Mechanic).
  • •5+ years of automotive experience with an OEM (greenfield plant experience is a plus).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.
  • •Hands-on NVH testing and measurement equipment experience, including NVH troubleshooting and root-cause confirmation.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings and communicate across organizational levels.
