Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with North America finance and long-term growth goals, advising finance leadership on organizational design and resourcing.
  • •Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders, leading talent movement and the OPR (Organization & People Review) process with robust succession plans.
  • •Partner with finance executives to define needed capabilities (e.g., Sales Finance, FP&A, RGM) and oversee executive-level recruitment.
  • •Champion the culture of Ownership and Meritocracy, leading cultural accelerators such as continuous improvement and DEI initiatives.
  • •Leverage HR analytics for workforce insights, manage performance and budgets, and lead change strategy and executive employee relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a track record in talent management, change management, and org design.
  • •Proven ability to partner with and influence finance leadership; experience supporting a finance function or a global matrix environment is preferred.
  • •Broad generalist HR skills, including assessing and designing complex organizational structures.
  • •Ability to engage, inspire, and coach leaders at the highest levels and comfortably challenge senior executives.
