Key Responsibilities

•Provide Executive Strategic Leadership to develop and implement Global HR strategies aligned with financial and growth goals for the NA Finance organization.
•Serve as Global Talent Architect by identifying and developing finance leaders and leading the Organization & People Review process.
•Oversee Strategic Recruitment & Capability Building with Finance Executives to ensure technical and leadership excellence for key roles.
•Drive Culture & Meritocracy initiatives, championing Ownership and Continuous Improvement to attract and retain diverse talent.
•Manage performance and budget objectives, including organization redesign and cost-optimization efforts (ZBB) within the finance function.
