VP, Data Quality and Governance

Own and drive governance reporting for valuation and product control non-financial risk committees, delivering annual governance and control exercises end to end. Maintain governance trackers and management information to ensure data integrity and timely escalation, coordinate stakeholder responses, and support control-impacting change initiatives including UAT and implementation readiness. Lead a small local team and improve processes (including automation/AI where suitable) to reduce operational risk and shorten cycle times.
