Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives tailored for engineering roles, including outreach program creation and refinement.
  • •Conduct high-volume targeted outreach weekly, crafting meaningful, personalized messages to engage passive candidates and grow pipeline conversion.
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent team, delivering data-driven insights and sourcing progress/market trend updates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical sourcing experience for senior engineering talent.

  • •Ability to analyze sourcing metrics (including conversion rates) and use insights to refine sourcing strategies.
  • •Quickly learn new roles and requirements with flexibility and curiosity in a fast-paced environment.
